On May 20th, we had the best time visiting with family and friends! Avery Claire was honored with a baby shower given by Jana and Peggy. We are truly blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives who offer love and support in this new endeavor

Fletch and I went by Pottery Barn Kids today to look at curtains for the nursery, and we ended up registering for a few things. Fletch was even impressed! Unfortunately, PBKs is close to us and just my style. I'll be making many future trips I'm sure!

Fletch and I are thrilled and blessed to be expecting our first baby, Avery Claire Little, in just a few short months! We love living in Birmingham, and we are fortunate to be close to both our families. Bella, our miniature schnauzer, is 2 1/2 and full of energy. She's our "baby" until Avery arrives and is spoiled rotten!

Fletch is working extremely hard on finishing our basement. We'll have a large playroom, and an additional bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Meanwhile, I'm busy setting up Avery's nursery. I have to say that I have already gone overboard with her wardrobe. I have started sewing and embroidering, making appliques for her onesies and the closet is FULL!

We have less than 11 weeks until Avery's due date, July 13th. Time is passing so quickly and we can't wait to finally meet her!
